Assistant to the Minister - Annette Aubrey

Like Darren, Annette combines her ministry with her profession.

A passionate and diverse choreographer, she loves to combine her faith with all aspects of the arts media industry.

Annette is a life long Christian, working extensively with young people in the church until her early twenties whilst developing her career as a freelance choreographer.

In 1993, she began to fully integrate her faith with her creativity and professional life; founding Pneumata in 1994; which she now brings to Ravenscourt Baptist Church. She will be our new youth leader, Darren's assistant, and will continue to lead Pneumata to bring her creativity to the wider community.

Annette also helps other artists in the industry with the reconciliation of their faith and work in association with Songs of Praise BBC tewlevision. She is currently writing her debut biography 'Primetime' and composing Pneumata's next youth based production 'Blitz', for a West End showing in the autumn of 2011.

Pat Carey-Willis

“I became a Christian aged around 12, at the local Elim Church Sunday School. I quickly became involved in church life leading the Crusader Youth Group for a number of years. A change in circumstances led me to Shepherd's Bush Baptist Tabernacle in 1976, where I later became a Deacon and then served as Church Secretary for over 20 years. The last four years have seen the Tab join West End, becoming Ravenscourt Baptist Church and I have happily continued in my role of Secretary and Deacon. There have been ups and downs in my life, including some health scares - but through it all, I continue to honour the Lord for his gracious dealings with me!”
